Hashvalue October Hashrate Soars 35% as New Canada Data Center Goes Live

Hashvalue officially announced the operational launch of its new data center in Western Canada, resulting in a significant 35% spike in platform-wide hashrate capacity and further accelerating its infrastructure scaling roadmap.
The state-of-the-art facility is strategically located in British Columbia, tapping into the region’s abundant renewable hydroelectric energy and naturally cool climate to support highly efficient compute performance and low-emission operations.
Spanning over 10,000 square meters, the site hosts an initial batch of 2,200 high-performance ASIC units, fully integrated with Hashvalue’s global orchestration layer to support BTC, ETH (pre-merge compatibility), and emerging PoW networks.
The deployment boosts Hashvalue’s global hashrate footprint by 0.9 EH/s, bringing total operational capacity above 3.4 EH/s. The added power is automatically distributed across user contracts via smart routing and cluster load balancing algorithms, ensuring optimal uptime and task resolution latency.
To support green operations, the facility utilizes energy contracts sourced exclusively from hydropower providers and incorporates evaporative cooling technology. Initial tests report a 32% improvement in energy efficiency per terahash compared to previous generation sites.
As part of the launch, Hashvalue introduced a Canada-specific “Green Power Contract” bundle that enables users to allocate hashrate directly from the new site, with verifiable ESG-linked energy sourcing credentials and carbon index reporting included in their payout interface.
Users accessing the Canadian data center benefit from reduced queue times and real-time node health monitoring via the platform’s updated “Operations Dashboard”, where workload metrics, latency data, and energy source indicators are displayed in near real time.
Local regulatory alignment was ensured during construction, with the center built in compliance with provincial environmental codes, noise ordinances, and digital infrastructure zoning approvals.
Within the first 10 days of operation, the Canada center contributed over 11.4 million mining task completions, with an average success rate of 99.96%. Platform user feedback praised the high consistency of rewards and the transparent energy data feed.
Hashvalue’s leadership team emphasized the facility’s strategic importance: “The Canada data center is a cornerstone of our North American infrastructure vision—low-latency, low-emissions, high-availability.”
Looking ahead, Hashvalue plans to double the site’s capacity by Q2 2023, introduce AI-driven cooling optimization modules, and open an educational visitor center on-site to promote sustainable crypto operations to local stakeholders and institutions.
