Hashvalue Launches Spanish Support and LATAM Services to Boost Regional User Access

Hashvalue officially launched full Spanish-language platform support and a dedicated customer service channel for Latin American users, advancing its mission to make decentralized mining and digital asset access more inclusive, localized, and education-driven across emerging markets.
The rollout includes a fully translated platform interface, Spanish-language smart contract descriptions, regionally tailored onboarding guides, and a multilingual service team equipped to resolve product inquiries in real time.
Hashvalue’s decision to deepen its LATAM engagement follows sustained regional growth, with a 34% quarter-over-quarter rise in mining contract activations and significant user influx from countries including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru.
“Language should never be a barrier to accessing digital infrastructure,” said the Hashvalue LATAM development team. “Our new support channels and educational tools are about building bridges—not just to crypto, but to long-term economic participation.”
The Spanish support suite integrates with all major product lines—including BTC and ETH mining contracts, staking-index portfolios, and NFT-enabled yield bundles—ensuring users can navigate products and understand associated mechanics in their native language.
To improve educational equity, the platform released a digital resource pack titled “Tu Camino en la Minería Digital” (“Your Path in Digital Mining”), featuring explainers on yield architecture, risk scoring systems, node geography, and wallet safety best practices.
Hashvalue’s newly established LATAM Customer Operations Hub operates in two time zones and provides support via email, web chat, and in-app ticketing. It offers a 4-hour average response time for all Spanish-language user submissions.
In parallel, the company launched a regional ambassador program to collaborate with educators, crypto advocates, and university groups across Latin America to develop community-driven learning pathways in crypto mining and Web3 infrastructure.
The localization initiative also includes billing transparency upgrades—enabling pricing display and contract summaries in regional currencies such as MXN, ARS, PEN, and COP—helping users better evaluate costs and performance expectations.
Hashvalue’s node footprint now includes green infrastructure sites in Chile and planned expansions into Paraguay and Uruguay, further reinforcing its long-term commitment to regional decentralization and energy sustainability.
Within the first 3 weeks of launch, Spanish-language user registrations rose 29%, with 18% of new users citing “platform accessibility in native language” as the key reason for joining.
Looking forward, Hashvalue plans to integrate Spanish-language support into its NFT marketplace, verification workflow, and staking validator dashboard. A LATAM User Advisory Group will also be formed to guide future product feedback loops and ecosystem adaptation.
